Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RankCLI - the website, dashboard, command-line tool, GitHub App, and MCP server - provided by Integrallis Software, LLC ("RankCLI," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RankCLI runs automated SEO and AI-search-visibility checks against websites and codebases you control or are authorized to audit, and can optionally open pull requests applying suggested fixes to a connected repository.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the dashboard, save audit history, or connect a repository. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Audit or crawl a site you don't own or don't have authorization to test
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage tiers, or authentication
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or content that violates applicable law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Account > Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. The Free plan is provided as-is and may be limited, changed, or discontinued at our discretion.
5. Auto-fix pull requests
When RankCLI opens an automated pull request, the changes are suggestions generated by our checks (and, if you've connected an AI provider key, by that provider's model) based on your codebase. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any pull request before merging it. We are not liable for consequences of merging an auto-generated change without review.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your code, repositories, and site content. By connecting a repository, you grant RankCLI a limited license to read that repository's contents and open pull requests, solely to provide the Service to you. We don't use your code or audit data to train AI models.
7. Third-party AI providers
If you connect your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) for auto-fix generation, your use of that provider is also subject to that provider's own terms, and any usage charges are billed to you directly by that provider - RankCLI does not mark up or bill for third-party AI usage.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." SEO and AI-search results depend on factors outside our control (search engine and AI crawler behavior, your hosting, third-party integrations), and we don't guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or visibility outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankCLI and Integrallis Software, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from an auto-generated pull request. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
